Gear reducer for rubber kneader:

This gear reducer drives the equipment for kneading the raw material of rubber.This gear reducer is employed with the output shaft of the two axes as its feature. By changing the rotational speed and rotational direction of the two axes, it is possible to knead effectively the rubber. It is also designed to be resistant to instantaneous torque during kneading.

Gear reducer for biaxial extruder:

The material of the resin are fed into a screw of biaxial extruder. The material is then simultaneously heated and pressurized and allowed to fluidize the resin and molded push into the mold.  This gear reducer is required to withstand the high torque and high thrust load under a very short distance between the centers of the output shaft.
